They are our employees, not subcontractors. This means we are in your property more often than other companies. We offer the residents a secure portal to submit all maintenance issues, which can be accessed online with a simple click. We respond within 24 hours to all requests and strive to have all work completed within 72 hours. We have a full-time coordinator to handle all the communication between tenants and owners. Protecting and maintaining your home and your investment is a top priority for us.

Maintenance bills and receipts are emailed monthly with Owner Statements and are also available through our online Owner Portal.

All the forms on the website except for tenant forms need to use the api to go to the owner tab in Lead simple for us..
