Move-Out Inspections clearly define owner versus tenant responsibilities, ensuring accurate cost allocation and swift processing. Upon receiving owner approval for the estimate, our team immediately begins work with a standard 7-10 business day completion timeline.

New Property Inspections occur when we assume management of your property. These assessments identify essential market-preparation work, which can be combined with any rehabilitation projects you've requested. The approval and execution process mirrors our move-out procedure with the same efficient timeline.

Professional Execution & Quality Assurance

Our in-house maintenance team handles all approved work under direct supervision from our Maintenance Operations Manager, who coordinates scheduling from start to finish. This integrated approach ensures we consistently meet our 7-10 business day commitment while maintaining quality standards backed by our 90-day work guarantee.

Final Quality Control

Our Move-In Inspection serves as the final checkpoint in our rent-ready process. This comprehensive review ensures every detail meets our standards before tenant occupancy, directly contributing to high tenant satisfaction and smooth move-in experiences.

Once work is completed, all documentation and photos are uploaded to our system, immediately notifying your Portfolio Manager that the property is market-ready.
