Last month we introduced you to our amazing office team, this month we want to put our Maintenance team in the spotlight. This team oversees the repairs, installations, and upkeep of all our properties. They spend countless hours ensuring properties are ready to go on the work and take pride in servicing existing properties. Here is an overview of this amazing team.
Andrew Slusser – Director of Operations
Andrew manages our maintenance division, Property Pros. He has been in the home maintenance industry for over 10 years providing quality and transparent customer service. We know clients struggle with inconsistent pricing and contractors who can’t keep schedules, but through our systems and innovation, Andrew strives to provide honest, timely, and affordable work for all our clients’ properties.
Ivonne Ruiz – Maintenance Coordinator
Ivonne has been with Walters and Company for 4 years and has loved getting to assist our clients and tenants with a plethora of items. A true people person, whose passion involves interactions with tenants daily. She will communicate, understand and respond to your needs with sensitivity and respect.
Eric Nevarez – Maintenance Supervisor
Eric has over 8+ years of experience in the maintenance field and manages our field team. He prides himself on being one of the best at what he does and has worked hard to maintain and gain certifications in his field including CAMT, EPAII, and OSHA CERT, just to name a few. He works quickly to resolve issues for clients and tenants. He is here as a resource and will do whatever he can to go above and beyond at any turn. Count on Eric to provide fast, friendly, and reliable work.
Kevin Czarnecki – Maintenance Team Member
Kevin comes to Walters and Company with extensive experience in sprinkler systems and landscaping. He will be supporting our clients and tenants in all areas of maintenance but will definitely be involved with projects that lend themselves to his landscaping background.
Justin Sutton – Maintenance Team Member
Justin comes to Walters and Company with extensive experience in HVAC systems. He enjoys offering maintenance support in all areas but particularly enjoys general handyman work and looks forward to being a resource for our clients and tenants.
