We thought it was important to take a minute and introduce you to our amazing office team at Walters and Company Property Management. As a team, we love living and working in Denver and the surrounding metropolitan area and strive to provide excellent property management services.

Our Rockstars
Emily Walters – Director of Operations
Emily leads the team with over 7 years of experience in real estate and helps our clients navigate the fast-paced Denver real estate market. In her position, she ensures that our clients’ properties come first and facilitates effective management solutions to make sure all properties are efficiently managed and maintained. As a Colorado native, she has experienced firsthand the growth and change in the Denver market.
Chris Herrera – Property Manager
Chris’ focus is on leasing properties, communicating effectively, and providing the best possible service with the utmost integrity. By filling properties quickly with the best possible tenants, he ensures that your properties will be maintained, and the leases honored, taking the headache out of property management. Outside of work he enjoys attending concerts, hanging out with his partner and dogs, and exploring new areas.
Zach Bodley – Accounting
With a passion for organization and attention to detail, Zach ensures compliance, accuracy, and transparency in Walters & Company Property Management accounting operations. He graduated from Georgia Southern University with a master’s in accounting and uses his education and experience to streamline processes and create systems that ensure we save our clients money wherever possible.
Melissa Huling – Administrative Assistant
Melissa ensures that our clients and tenants receive the best possible service. She is the first point of contact both on the phone and at the front desk in our office. She is the first person you should call if you have any questions about the rental process. She will ensure that the appropriate member of our team responds to your needs. Outside of the office, she enjoys walks with her dog Cupcake, cooking/baking, trying new restaurants, traveling, and binge-watching Hulu and Netflix.
Savanna Rios – Assistant Property Manager
As the Assistant Property Manager, Savanna’s focus is on ensuring that our tenants are comfortable in their homes while also making sure that we are finding the perfect tenant for the perfect property. With a background in commercial real estate and property management, she understands the challenges that come with being a tenant and leasing a property and is here to help.
